franck971 Posted March 13, 2017 Share Posted March 13, 2017 Mon nouveau bateau (ou plutôt celui du fiston) qui replacera très avantageusement le zippkit easy vee que je n'ai pas réussi à stabiliser ... une catastrophe cet easy vee .... C'est une copie d'un raptor 56 de performance unlimited ..... cette coque est très similaire au speedcraft 54 (même concepteur) et aussi d'une stabilité incroyable même à très haute vitesse. Le moteur "pour le moment" est un QJ 26 préparé par bibi, pot quickdraw mais ce bateau un peu lourd et très en V acceptera beaucoup plus de puissance et va donc être équipé prochainement d'un 28,5CC préparé plus adapté Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

franck971 Posted March 15, 2017 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Merci tito, c'est vrai que c'est un bateau a des supers lignes ... et pour répondre au MP de Phaphane, l'hélice est pour le moment une "simple" PRATER inox 270 .... c'est un peu l'équivalent de l'OCTURA X470-2. FSa Alpha .56 Bit rich breaking in the engine but shows potential need a bigger prop and will lean it up next vid. For now here is the only 4 stroke outrigger hydro on You tube. Published on Jul 30, 2017 With the first engine break in rich run completed the 2nd test on a different weekend I leaned up the NV some and put on a bigger prop went from a 2.6" total pitch 1st vid to a 3.42" total pitch today. Very hot test day 106F ! Best peak on the bench to a solid 17,520 rpm but backed off to play it safe just way too hot out all the same the engine did well with no water cooling. Best pass was 14,534 rpm 43 mph. 4 strokes make a ton of torque I have just begun to tap into the potential power still far off the right size prop. The engine cooled down after a few passes average reading out of 14 rpm checks 13.86k the engine is about 4 to 5 clicks off from peak. I should be able to launch safely at 16.5k rpm next vid with a 3.75" total pitch prop. This is a follow up from last weeks GPS read of 44mph / 71 kph to confirm with radar at 44 mph / 15,786 rpm pass per audio app 11.7% prop slip. 75.42ft. per second rpm gave 64.53 ft. per second for 44 mph. Slip is low due to larger props used with 4 stroke engines per rigger size and weight. franck971 Posted May 30, 2019 Share Posted May 30, 2019 Le speecraft 54 avec son capot modifié sur "charnière" pour éviter l'entrée d'eau par le pont avant, il y a même désormais un tunnel d'évacuation d'eau qui stagne sur le pont et un déflecteur latéral pour encore mieux protéger les carbus de l'eau Le moteur est le RCMK S520 préparé et reconfiguré avec les cylindres zenoah sur lequel j'ai eu une panne vicieuse de prise d'air au niveau de la petite tubulure de raccordement du tuyau d'essence sur un des carbu qui fuyait , (le tuyau d'essence frottait contre le rail et avait percé !)
